Privacy Notice


JK Link Clubs Ltd may be required to share information (with other professionals working with the child; the police; social services; OFSTED, as appropriate) to ensure the safe and efficient management of the setting and to help ensure the needs of all children are met. The Club will enable a regular two-way flow of information with parents/carers, and between other providers, such as childminders and school. We are required to store child's records and parental information for 25 years from DOB. Any complaints regarding a breach of this data usage can be reported to the Information Commissioner's Office on 0303 123 1113.

PARENTS HANDBOOK

Our parents handbook goes through bookings, payments and the parents contract that our parents will adher too. It provides a guide to registering your child online through our booking system.

Health

These policies got through accidents, incidents. Illnesses and exclusions. It also touches on the food policies.
