An example of our menu:

 

Monday

Pepper strips, Green beans, Sugar Snaps, Carrots and Hummus

 

Tuesday

Carrots, Cucumber Strips and Couscous

 

Wednesday

Lettuce, Tuna, Mayonnaise, Cucumber

 

Thursday

Raisins, Apple Slices and Cheese

 

Friday

Cereal, Bananas chunks, Milk

 

 

This menu is then rotated each week so the same food is not repeated in a 5 week block on the same day.
